No Baby Yet

Trying to be patient. But am about stretched to my limit...

Baby Wash Clothes

Soft and pretty!  This was a extremely fast crochet...

This is a free pattern but you have to be a member of Ravelry. www.ravelry.com
http://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/oh-so-soft-baby-washcloths

And I did the pattern slightly different. It said to skip a sc and I did not.

5th Attempt another failure...

1st I started this hat for my 15 yr ds and another son said it was too girly. ;(  (It's now going to be for me)

Then I actually made this hat...
And the son I was making it for thought it was ugly...

Then I started this hat...
And the band size fits my 2 yr old...

Then I started this hat...

And it was horribly lumpy on top and a bad pattern...

Finally I Knitted this hat...

And as you can see it would fit a GIANT!

So now I am NOT MAKING A HAT!!!!

Thinking about a checkers game now...

This is started. A cable crocheted hat. Here is what the finished hat will look like.
It is a pattern available in the Winter 2007 Interweave Crochet Magazine.

Men's Cap

Finally started the 4th try at a hat for my 14 year old son... Here's the progress so far...

Here is the pattern it is FREE!
Below is a photo of what it should look finished from the pattern site. I am not making the scarf his sister already knitted him one.

Girly Baby Blanket is done

This pattern is from a book I found at the library.  100 Crochet Patterns by Michelle Thompson.
This is definetely the baby blanket that I am most proud of. It turned out just gorgeous and unique. All that is left is to line the back. Thanks Mom for all the lazy daisy embroidery. Couldn't have done it without your help.

Knitted a Perfect Baby Hat

This is designed by the Lovely Heidi aka ruthshands. She designed it out of desperation to find a hat that would actually fit a newborn. The yarn of this one is Berroco Comfort color way 9808.

This was also my first project made with double pointed needles.

My dd made a Rhino, He is awesome...

This is Knitted from a book called World of Knitted Toys.
She only started knitting September 17th, 2008 so I am blown away at how well she did with such a advanced pattern. This is a christmas gift for one of her brothers.

I finally got Brave and started...

My first official Knitted project. It is a bogga bag.

I couldn't do it without my dd's wonderful help though. :)

Just have to show off my DD's wonderful talent!

Making babies for Samaritians Purse Shoe Boxes

The children and I are working on packing boxes for Samaritians Purse.  The children are having so much fun finding things to fill their shoeboxes. I highly recommend it. And you still have time. Here is a link to nation-wide drop off locations. The drop off dates are November 17-24th.
Sleepy Sam

This is a free pattern but I believe you need a www.ravelry.com acct. to access it.
http://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/sleepy-sarah-amigurumi-pattern Here is the ravelry link.
It is created by Owlishly.
Also made Bitty Babies

This is a free pattern. But on the top picture you can see that I altered the legs. I didn't like how short and fat they were. So when you get to the round that says to sc around 2 times  on the legs you need to do it 4 to 6 times instead. The rest of the pattern I did the same.
The blue bitty baby will actually go to ds almost 2, who will get it after the new baby arrives. The other one will go into a shoebox.
